Delivery by FedEx was not adequate
The air conditioner is great but delivery by FedEx was terrible. I would recommend if you order from Lowe's and delivery will be by FedEx then either don't buy the item or see if Lowe's can deliver. The package was delivered by FedEx and was abandoned on the first floor of my building without any notification. damaged air conditioner!
drove 35 miles round trip twice! once to pick it up, one more time to return damaged unit! I'll have to drive it again to pick up the replacement. Not happy! The second one was okay and works well! Installation is not for the faint of heart! If you are not a skilled and accomplished DIYer hire someone to install this!

Remember the through wall casing is sold separate.
Works better than the old bigger unit we had the only dislike it the case for through the wall is sold separate the symbols ar a little small for older eyes without glasses. It performs well though
