Looks great and holds well.
I read a couple reviews about these kinds of rods not holding well, so I was skeptical. The trick is to extend it as far as you can and turn/twist in the correct direction. At first, I was turning the wrong way without realizing it and nothing was clicking or holding. As soon as I twisted in the opposite direction, it clicked and held tight to the wall.
Defective
There was no "tension" device on this thing. There was the rod, the ends and a plastic ring between the tubes. Nothing inside to make it work.
Okay rod but a bit pricey for the quality
The rod wasn’t as substantial as I would have liked it to be. The metal was a bit flimsy.

Reading the instructions...

Really nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kenney® Twist & Fit™ No Tools Decorative Tension Shower Curtain Rod, 42-72", in Bronze is really nice. The color looks elegant and stylish. The grip on the rod is tight and holds up really strong. Doesn't feel flimsy. I scratched it trying to remove the wrapping (the reason for 4 stars). Turned the scratch toward the ceiling
