Works well, not long for this world

Stopper worked great, for about 3 weeks. Then the strainer came loose from the handle, and will allow the stopper mechanism to seal the drain, at random times. I'll try bringing this one back pick another one up to see if I got a dud (if Lowe's will take it back), but not getting my hopes up. Too bad, it worked pretty well for a minute.

Fits and Works Well

I have a stainless steel sink and a Kenmore garbage disposer. I bought this Keeney disposal stopper in hopes it would work on my setup. I am pleased to report that it works very well. The fit was perfect and the push/pull operation of the stopper is positive. The whole assembly is easily removable for those times when needing to feed food scraps to the disposer. This is a great buy because it actually works well.

Works, but difficult staying up

It definitely keeps utensils out of the garbage disposal. The top part does not always stay up. I usually will have to pull it up or til it to the side to let the water drain.

This is a great step up from your normal disposal plug. Now you can catch those utensils before they get chewed up by the food eating machine

Sink stopper

We replaced our kitchen sink and needed a new garbage disposal stopper. This product was a good price, heavy-duty, and was easy to install. No complaints.

Proper Fit

Only problem seems to be that the drains in our two tub sink must be different size openings. It fits one side perfectly but not the other.

It's a nice looking drain, but it slowed water from draining too much. I even tried removing the rubber backing of it to see if that would help, but it still drains slow.

This product works well enough, it plugs a water tight seal but any slight downward pressure will make the plug engage.

Very good item when looking for a replacement part for a traded out sink with a different disposal than the original. Great find.
