Poor quality and service
Unacceptable service and zero help for a major construction delay We ordered a kitchen sink from Lowe's for a new construction project, expected on Thursday. It was shipped via FedEx, who continuously delayed the delivery until Monday evening. This set our construction back by three full days. Quartz kitchen sink.
I chose a quartz sink to replace a stainless steel one that I could not prevent making pot marks in or remove them from the stainless. The quartz sink looks beautiful. So far I’ve been following the helpful directions for cleaning that came with the sink and I’ve had no problems removing marks or stains.
