We've had this faucet for 6 months and the touch quit working. Put new batteries in and checked all wiring. I've tried to find a troubleshooting guide. Apparently, they don't have one. It is now working on manual only.

So useful and high-quality
Oh my goodness! This facet is a game changer. As soon as pull the nozzle-sprayer out of its cradle, the water turns in automatically, if you keep the water pressure handle on. The automatic feature is a constant flow, but when you first touch the sprayer, you can click the black button immediately to turn it onto spray. This feature definitely saves water because it’s not running while you’re reaching for the on and off. It’s very easy to use, I didn’t need to read any instructions for use once...

Works well and is perfect for my kitchen
It works well. It does not give me the flow I am used to but this is probably better for saving water. The horizontal rod does not have a screw to set it in place so should be noted.
