I purchased the Karran KKF215ORB from Lowe's. I was skeptical of the quality compared to the big name brands, but I am pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation, operation, and quality of this kitchen faucet. Removal of the old faucet and installation of this faucet was only about 1 hour. If you are on the fence, I highly suggest that you give this faucet some consideration. I have not needed to contact Karran support, so I cannot write about a positive or negative experience.

Kitchen faucet noise
Nice faucet. Only thing is it make a little whining sound at certain positions of the handle positions. Mostly in the hot water position.

High quality faucet that looks classy
I love this faucet. I'd been wanting a more professional grade faucet with the hands free on/off. I was looking for a oiled bronze color to match the rest of my fixtures around the house. I was so happy to find this one. Its looks really nice in my kitchen and the hands free features keep it clean and save money. I would highly recommend this faucet for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen sink!
