What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed reception. Many customers were satisfied with its appearance and ease of installation, but a significant number reported issues with functionality, such as problems with water drainage, difficulty removing the stopper, and restricted access to the garbage disposal. Need better instructions
We have the same problem as ike$. There is no way food is going into the disposal !!! We can’t even get the stopper out so the food can go down. We removed the ‘o’ ring and then we were able to get it apart. Would be nice if there were instructions that said to do that. And yes, we watched the video. The guy makes it look so easy but ours still didn’t want to come apart.

Please put info for installation on these. Had a plumber use silicone and I don’t think it should be used. Sealed the decorative drain to my disposal and it will not come out. The plumber said they are doing it for all new homes because the customers complained about it popping out. I think it is good that you can remove it for maintenance and for cleaning. There should be something saying “Do not use silicone!”

Hello, we created this video that might help customers regarding the installation of the decorative disposal flange. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k...
Don’t waste your money
It slips into an existing flang for decoration. It does stay in when the stopper is removed. The stopper fots so tight i pulled the o ring off that was supposed to keep it together.
Did not receive
I did not receive this with my original order/sink packaging so I can’t speak to the quality or product.
