Great sear plate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this sear plate in both my Classic 2 and my Joe Jr. I put it right at the bottom of the divide and conquer. I reverse sear steaks until I get to the right temperature then sear the bad boys right at the fire. The best steaks I've cooked

Great rack when reverse searing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this with my Classic II to reverse sear. I start the cook with this plate already in so it’s very hot. All I do is remove the grates and put the steaks on the sear plate. 20 seconds, a 45 degree turn, flip an do the same on the other side. Wonderful!!!

Does not fit Joe Jr.
I’ve written reviews that have been deleted on this website before because they were negative. So, let’s hope this one sticks. Does note fit Joe Jr. - otherwise it’s great. Had to take a dremel out the sides of my Joe to make it fit. Can’t recommend it.
