A great cooking tool.

Have had this kamado for years and I will never be without it. From low temperature smoking to high temp searing for steaks and grilled pizza, it is a force. I have been able to hold temps at 200to 275 for easily 24 hours. I have told my wife when I die I want my ashes put in this grill and bury me because no one else will have my Joe!!

A little learning goes a long way

I have had my grill for about a year and a half. We replaced an old natural gas grill and a Weber kettle grill. Those worked okay, but lacked the capacity to smoke meats for long periods. The Kamado Joe has clear instructions for this and other grilling styles. After a little tutoring from the excellent manual that came with the grill our grilling game bumped up many notches--and I'm still learning. It is a versatile and tremendously useful tool.

I bought this over the Green Egg and am I glad I did it does not matter what I cook on it, how I cook it, it always ends up being the most delicious enjoyable part of the meal that comes out of the Kamado. Chicken used to be my least favorite meat at a bbq I will say with the Kamado it has become one of my favorites. This is my favorite thing to use it makes every meat taste great and makes me look like a top chef BBQ has upped my game for sure!!!!

I love my Komodo Joe

I have had mine for about 6 years and it just gets better and better. Great for steaks and burgers and a perfect smoked butt every time

Still going strong after 13 years

Got this grill 13 years ago and I can’t count the number of cooks and memories feeding family and friends with it. The original was black and KJ warranty replaced it years ago when the base developed a cracked. Not many companies stand behind their products like KJ. When guests come over they automatically ask what’s on the Joe, many have bought their own since, got the newer version but my old faithful is still got a long life in front of it.

Great Komodo Grill - Smokes/Grills/Rotisseries

I have had this grill for years and it is my go-to grill over the years. I have a pellet grill, a gas grill, but this grill does it all. I can grill without flare ups and get the char I love, I can rotisserie chicken and turkey without worrying about the skin burning. I even have baked mac and cheese in the grill.
