This grill has been nothing but a headache from day one. The pellet loading system is a complete design flaw — the pellets constantly spill and scatter, making setup a frustrating mess. It takes way too long to heat up, and more often than not, it randomly shuts off after finally reaching temp. As for the Wi-Fi feature? It might work 1 out of 10 tries — totally unreliable. Between the wasted time, poor functionality, and lack of consistent performance, I truly regret this purchase. For the pric...
