Fails to clean bowl when flushed

There is so little water in the bowl that after #2, I have to flush several times, then scour with bowl brush to get it clean. Complete waste of water. The outlet is so narrow that the standard bowl brush does not fit so can't clean in there. The pads on the bottom of the seat are so small that my thighs get pinched when I lean forward to stand up, and I'm a small person (115 lbs).

Bought this for the size, installed and noticed the interior flush valve chain was too short fixed that but then noticed the fill valve "hangs", after each flush I have to open the lid of the tank, tap the fill valve for the tank to fill up again. hugely annoying for such an expensive little toilet

This toilet is so weak and has no pressure. It sounds like a loud sucking popping sound when you flush it

Looks good. Functions mediocre.

I bought this for the height, shape, and flush power. The height is great for me, it does look good in place, but the flush leaves a lot to be desired. If you buy this toilet, be sure to add a plunger to your order.

I was looking specifically for the lowest hight, easy to clean, fits in small spaces, comfortable seating.

Perfect low sitting height

This is what I wanted. Low sitting height. The best position for a BM is squatting and this is about as close as you can get. Also seems to prevent the legs from “falling asleep”. And great for my young kids too.

Works as expected; wax ring and hardware missing

One reason I chose this toilet over other similar ones was because the wax ring and floor hardware were to be included (even lists them on the outside of the box). They were missing, so I had to buy them separately. Other than that, the toilet works fine so far.
