Less than 2 years in the the valve internal will only give half pressure on the spray feature while all others get full pressure. The stream is what we use most often. The button literally only goes half in. Need to to replace it. Avoid this and save your money

Lovely, but already dripping at the shower head less than year after installation...
We bought the Statement shower head around the end of November 2024. It wasn't fully installed until February 2025, and we absolutely love it. The spray, functionality, coverage, and look and feel are all 5-star worthy.
