Missing part

Would Not Recommend

A part missing from one of the toilets. Cannot be installed as is. Don't know how this will be resolved but we have been without one toilet for a week because of this problem. Very inconvenient.

Very Sleek

Would Recommend

Installation handled by local plumber. He had never encountered this type of toilet before but had little trouble following the instructions and getting the “receiver” mounted to the floor and ready to receive the stool. This design has elongated skirts on each side providing a sleek, finished look with no attachment fittings exposed. It appears very stylish, flushes quietly with a cylinder type flush valve and uses only 1.2 gals per flush. This particular installation is in a narrow space a...

Bought this toilet and was not able to install it. A piece was broken and the tank could not be secured. Tried to exchange it but was told it was past the 90 days so they could not help me. Now I have an expensive piece of trash that I can’t use. Please check the items at the store BEFORE walking out.

A Very Satisfying Project!

Would Recommend

The installers called to say they were nearby and asked if they could arrive early and I said “GREAT!” They were very polite, friendly and efficient. They had the toilet in under an hour, hauled the old one away, and left the bathroom spotless! From the Lowe’s visit to waving goodbye to the installers, this turned out to a pleasant and satisfying project.

So far so good

Would Recommend

Love the design and the height. Installation wasn’t too difficult. Could use better instructions. Probably won’t use chlorine tablets as they just eat plastic. **My box was missing tank lid**. Kohler needs better quality control as I see that has been an issue with a few other reviews. Contacted customer service and supposed to have a tank lid in a week or so.
