What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the solid wood construction, noting it feels substantial, doesn't wiggle, and lasts decades longer than plastic alternatives. Most highlight the perfect fit and accurate biscuit color matching to existing fixtures, with many mentioning difficulty finding this specific color elsewhere. Installation is consistently described as straightforward and tool-free. Several appreciate compatibility with bidet attachments and easy cleaning. A few note the lid lacks soft-close and closes abruptly, while isolated concerns mention hardware loosening. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend it for durability and quality craftsmanship.

High quality

The seat is of very high-quality and was unexpectedly very easy to install. The only issue I have is that it slips a little bit despite tightening and won’t stay in proper position. Overall, it is consistent with other excellent Kohler products.

Color match

While the fit and installation were right on, the color match was off.

Unstable seat

Would Not Recommend

This is the second seat I purchased as the first one wouldn't stay on the toilet. The second one isn't much better but if you align the seat with the toilet and hold it in place while then sitting on it it will hold in place.
