Serious Design Issue With This Product

Would Not Recommend

This product has a serious design issue with its mounting system and its a 2 fold problem. After mounting the base plate to the wall the way the paper holder attaches to it with an allen screw at the bottom its very difficult to get it to secure tightly due to the design of the base plate itself. The base place is notched at the bottom for the allen screw to tighten down to but its a very poor design. Would Recommend

I bought this double toilet paper holder about a month ago and it's been great so far. It's in our guest bath/laundry room, which is the only bathroom downstairs and gets lots of use. It's nice to have two rolls going when we have guests, so I don't have to think about replenishing while they're here. I was concerned that the rolls would fall off without being more secure, but so far that's not an issue. I also like the look of this holder.
