I have removed and tighten the screw 10 times and nothing will keep it up. A simple hand towel will pull down the arm. This could easily be one piece but it's a fail of a design.

Can't hold the weight of a hand towel

I purchased this around a month ago, and my contractor installed it last week, and I finally got to start using my brand new bathroom. Very Stylish

It sticks out from the wall just enough so that the towel isn’t laying on/touching the wall. I feel like it’s cleaner this way yet it doesn’t stick out so far that it’s intrusive.
