What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the powerful flushing performance and water efficiency, with many noting it clears waste effectively using only 1.25 gallons per flush without double-flushing. The quiet operation, sleek skirted design, and comfort height options are frequently highlighted as standout features, particularly for those upgrading from older models. Reviewers appreciate the smooth porcelain finish and solid construction. Some mention the included toilet seat feels cheap or poorly sized, and a few report occasional mechanical issues like faulty fill valves. Poor service

I ordered this toilet online when we went to pick it up the lady who brought it told me I think it’s broken and opened the box and if it was broken but I don’t understand how those who are in charge of carrying the product can be so careless is a toilet of a thousand dollars and it didn’t even have a wrapper that protected it the worst thing is that if you order it is because it’s broken you need it and they waste your time because we cancel the order and buy it in Ferguson who are more professi...

Beautiful and Space Saving Toilet

My black San Souci one-piece toilet is a perfect fit in our small powder room. The sleek, space saving design appears updated yet timeless. It is easy to clean and the toilet seat has a modern design. Highly Recommend!!

Nice compact efficient toilet.

Would Not Recommend

Just installed it myself today. Was pretty straightforward. The flush seems powerful enough and the overall noise level seems pretty standard. The Kohler is a little more expensive than I might have wanted, but I am expecting a long and uneventful life.

I’d buy it again!

This is an excellent toilet It is stylish, easy to clean. I have the exact model that’s several years old. I have never had trouble with it and it looks like new.

Nice toilet with water saving feature. Nice clean look. Disappointed with toilet seat that came in the box. Toilet has a round bowl, but it came with an elongated toilet seat. It does not fit. Tried to return toilet seat and said they couldn't take it back, since it came that way from the factory.

Too tall

I’m 5 feet tall. It’s too high for me. I will need to buy a squatty potty. Otherwise it’s fine, flushes well.
