Excellent product.

This product was installed in 2022, now it's 2026, and it still works and looks perfect. Very happy with Kohler engineering, materials, design and finish. I am an experienced Industrial Designer.

Quality where it's needed, money savings where you don't see it.

The overall design is beautiful, the feel of the handle is rich and high quality, the escutcheon is thinner but you can't tell by looking at it. Honestly, who ever touches the back plate anyway.

Easy to use.

Love this valve trim with lever handle. So easy to use. Only drawback is that it water spots terribly.

Better than my last review

Would Recommend

Update: I gave this product two stars earlier. It was installed by a professional, but not installed well, so the previous review might not have been completely fair. There are actually two set screws on the handle. When both are properly tightened, the handle will fit snug and not wobble. Also, this is just a reminder that we live in a nanny state. The fixture has a washer in it that limits the amount of hot water it allows to flow. And it’s not enough for the winter when the cold water is real...

Handle and temp mixes are both real issues

We've had this going on 2 years now. The handle/knob pulled off within a few months. I try tightening it regularly, but it doesn't stay in place. Additionally, our shower hot water is SIGNIFICANTLY cooler than the sink's hot water, by 15°. If there is a way to adjust the hot/cold mix, I'd love to hear it, because the wife isn't happy taking a luke warm shower during the winter.

Quality and Appeal

We love the quality and allure of Kohler brushed nickel fixtures in our new walk-in shower. Classy and built to last.

Loose handle

We have had this for a couple of years, and the handle is loose. Tightened the set screw, but didn’t fix the problem. It seems loose behind the handle, but it doesn’t seem to pull off very easy, and I am concerned about breaking it. Is there a certain way to pull off the handle so that I can access the screw behind it and tighten it?

A beautiful and stylish addition to our new bathroom.

Would Recommend

We bought this about two months ago and we love it. It looks great and is not at all complicated to get the temperature you want. Our contractor always recommends Kohler products for the style and look on the outside and the durability on the inside. Thank you for this quality product.
