Flimsy quality
The Purist line is poor quality. We bought this showering kit for a bathroom renovation in chrome. The handles are loose and fall off all the time. The hot/cold plate turns so you have no idea what temperature you’re setting. It’s just a flimsy line. I expected higher quality from Kohler.

Looks good, but...
Water pressure is very low... For the handheld head, I'm not sure what it's supposed to do when the knob is turned all the way to the right - not shutting off, not flowing, the water just trickles.

WORST SHOWER KIT EVER!
This is the absolute worst shower kit. Everything is water saving and low-flow. Customer care (which is excellent by the way) is sending a new cartridge that may help but I’m now stuck with a shower head and hand held shower that is made of plastic , feels cheap and I can’t even rinse my long, thick hair easily. I just spent a lot of money on a bathroom renovation. It should feel luxurious when you take a shower. My old cheapo shower head was so much better. I feel like I’m showering in a cheap ...

Turned green after less than a year of use
I bought this 3 years ago and have been slowly remodeling my bathroom. I finally began using the shower in the Fall of 2023 once I got shower doors installed. I just finished showering and noticed green oxidation on both shower heads. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this product for the price paid.
