Wonderful product

We purchased this toilet seat after having experienced the Koehler smart toilet at a resort. It works perfectly; even better than expected. The only complaint is that it does not fit securely on our existing toilet (which is also a Koehler) and moves around somewhat.

Most Expensive Bidet I’ve Purchased — and the Only One to Fail

I’ve purchased more than 45 bidet seats over the years for my rental properties and homes. Most have been TOTO C5 and A2 models, along with around 10 Alpha GX bidets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy withe the purchase. Only one issue, when the bidet is locked onto the fixed bracket, there is a small lateral wiggle. Not certain if this is normal.

Digital Control Toilet Seat Is A Necessity by

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Expected it to be good but I could not imagine that I survived without it. One of the best purchases that I have made. If anyone doesn’t have one now make it a priority for your bucket list.

Poor build quality

I bought three of these seats in May 2025. Eight months later, the heated seat on one of them broke. They replaced that one, so no big deal. Five months after that, the heated seat on a second one broke. They would not replace this one insisting on a month long repair process. Without these issues, I would say this is a four star product (some minor annoyances, but overall a good product). However, with two of the three breaking within 14 months is a big red flag for me.

I love my new bidet toilet seat. It was very easy to install and works perfectly.

Hawaii Bidet Seat

The seat works well but the operating instructions don't reveal things like how long the water spray or drying cycle lasts. That would be good to know. It also doesn't appear to have a feature to cancel the automatic seat raising as you approach the unit. I think having that as a choice would be desirable.
