Good Product/Pickup was a disaster

Would Recommend

I am handicapped and chose curbside pickup. Checked in on line. Waited 20 minutes, no one came out. Called the number and the bot said no product there. - I must have the wrong store. I DID NOT HAVE THE WRONG STORE. Called again and asked for a rep. No one answered. Finally went in to find one person trying to wait on customers, answer phones and find packages. I waited another 15 minutes and she finally found my order. SERIOUSLY? I’m done with Lowe’s.

TERRIBLE

I purchased this product about 13 months ago. Not only did the spout break within the pumper, but also at the end where the hole is for the soap to come out. The tip is sharp and now oozes. For the price, I thought Kohler products would last. Not the case. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Fill the Third Faucet Combo Hole in an Older Home
