Good looking spout; just not able to be installed
Screw that holds the spout couldn’t be tightened. Plastic threads would not hold screw. Very poor design.

Garbage! stay away from Kohler
Do not buy this item. Diverter valve goes bad in a year or two and they will not sell any service parts for it. So they force you to buy another whole tub spout to replace.

Works really well
I've had to replace my faucet twice due to water leaking from it when the shower is on. Both of the previous ones leaked a little bit even when they were new. This Kohler one works great. No water leaks at all. The mechanism inside the faucet is plastic, so I am not sure how long lasting it will be, but right now it looks really nice and I am very happy with how well it works.

Easy Installation!
I purchased and installed my Kohler tub faucet 6 weeks ago... before I purchased the Kohler I installed a generic... the generic faucet was spraying everywhere. The Kohler does not spray...I am very happy with my Kohler... Thank you Kohler for a good job in designing a good tub faucet.

Great replacement tub spout
The Bancroft's lift rod works seamlessly. With just a simple lift, it switches from tub to shower. The color matches perfectly with the existing showerhead.

Diverter is terrible
1st one purchased in 2016 to replace a 1920's Stimpson spout that finally wore out. The diverter never worked well, but I assumed it was just a one of error. I spent the next 4 years monkeying with it but finally gave up and purchased a new one. The new spout's diverter is just a bad as the 1st one. The only positive is that the spout matches the original 1920s tub fixtures.
