Do not recommend this toilet, they redesigned and failed, original was so much better

I have both the original and this newer model. The newest model is awful. The control that is mounted to wall does not allow you to use all the functions. They expect you to bring your phone and go to their app to adjust water temperature, water pressure. The app will not save your preferences, so if you do not want to bring your phone to the restroom like me, you are forced to use factory settings which is cold water and low pressure. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!

Horrible toilet for the money. Software is glitchy and some times it flushes sometimes it doesn’t. I reached out to service and they tried 2 times to fix it and it needs a new motherboard after a year, what a huge waste of money I’m so upset i bought this .

The BEST Toilet Ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is beyond a doubt, the best toilet ever!! We bought the Numi 2.0 in black, and it is beautiful! The features are outstanding, it performs without a flaw. When we have company over, they all love it! It is a bit costly, but worth every penny. I cannot recommend it enough!

A total waste of Money!

I bought this toilet and have had nothing but issues.. First, the gateway that came with the toilet had an expired certificate.. what that means is that you could not pair the toilet. Kholer service was great and had to send a repair company to replace the gateway. Then.. all kinds of pairing issues due to the fact they had a known issue connecting to iphone pro max models.. However they did not tell me on the call for 90 minutes trying to solve the pairing issue. Next the app stopped work...
