My contractor encouraged me to get a Kohler toilet, and I chose this one. It looks really nice in the space. I like the flat rectangular tank lid which looks kind of modern to me, although I think Memoirs is meant to be sort of retro. The installation has not been completed, so if I discover any issues later, I will update my review.

First, Kohler special order toilet came with chip on the porcelain. Clearly a manufacturing issue that should have been detected prior to shippment.. Second, the Lowe's service department picked up the damaged unit immediately, but did not send a replacement unit as promised, I had to call again for them to resend. Currently waiting on the replacement unit...again.
