arrived broken
The toilet arrived and although all of the boxes it came in looked fine the toilet was broken. When I contacted Lowe's customer service they told me I would have to return it to the Lowe's store although this item had been delivered to me. The item is heavy and difficult to manage. I was able to return the item to the local store but there was nothing available for a replacement that was the same toilet. I purchased the toilet and sink to match but am now not going to be able to match the it...

Strong and elegant.
Height is good and the base at the floor is large and square which makes it very stable. Also matches my lavatory perfectly.

Extra capacity
Love the comfort height and expanded capacity. 1.6GPF vs 1.28GPF is a huge difference. The look is also a classic.

Warranty Issues
Good luck on finding the part numbers to be able to register the product on the Kohler site. I called their help number, which in turn, told me they would return my call on Thursday...today is Monday, so I have to wait another three days so Kohler can fit me into their schedule to tell me where to locate their part numbers for registration...do they really live in today's world? Why would the part numbers not be included in the papers that were included in the shipping boxes?

Still waiting for an unbroken bowl
As of 7-3-2024 the third one has arrived at Lowes. The manager promised me to open the two boxes and check for damage. The previous two I have picked up had broken bowls. I don't think Lowes is breaking them, they get them broken from the wholesaler. So if you order one, check it out in the store. The Kohler packaging is a cardboard box around the bowl, no foam, nothing to take any impact.

Would love it get one which isn't broken
I finally gave up after the fourth order. Every time either the tank or the bowl was broken.
