Extensive surface cracks
We have 2 Memoir sinks and both exhibit widespread surface cracking. Some of the vendor's responses say they may be caused by improper installation. If the cracks occurred only near the mounting bolts or the drain, I'd buy it. But the cracks are everywhere. And the fact that cracking has occurred on both sinks discounts the likelihood of poor installation by the pros that did our job. Cracking in basin origninating near drain.
We bought the Memoirs Pedestal Sink when renovating our bathroom. Installed by professional plumbers we've used for years. Now the sink has numberous cracks originating near drain and seems to be spreading!!!! Have read many other reviews on vendor sites with identical problems! Very disappointed in Kohler and this product. How about compensating customers for this manufacturing problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Cracks in basin
The home we purchased in 2002 had two of these sinks already installed, probably 1 or 2 years before. They both started developing cracks in the surface glaze inside the basin starting roughly in 2010 ago and it’s slowly gotten worse. One of the sinks also has always been slightly warped. I know these are cosmetic and don’t impact function or cause leaks, but how hard is it to make a sink that isn’t warped and doesn’t crack? Needless to say I’m not crazy about the quality of these sinks!
