Damaged, refund processed as store credit

Ordered this door using a gift card and had to pay $50 to get someone to pick it up. Upon opening the box, the thing was damaged which Lowe's agreed to pickup from my house. I get an email asking me to come to the store to receive the refund which I received in the form of a store credit as opposed to a gift card. Can't use store credit to order online and now stuck with a $650 store credit that I likely will never use

Basically works, but flawed

Bought this set to replace a 50 year old set of sliding doors that had two fully enclosed tracks at the bottom, one for each door. These had small drain holes that didn’t work well, so they got nasty quickly, as there was always a bit of water in them. The new doors just have a 4” center guide at the bottom, and a single piece of metal at the base to keep water in the tub. They seem like they would be a lot easier to clean. We had the doors installed by contractors doing other bathroom work ...

Handles too small and door poor quality

This door was not well made the handles are too small to open the door effectively making it hard to open and cheap feeling.

Materials in box were used, box appeared to be new

While boxed and sold as new, this product was used. Pieces had already been cut, and several screws and anchors were missing
