Button sticks

I have had this faucet for 3 years. During that time I have called and spoke with reps at Kohler concerning the sticking/clogging spray button. They have not offered anything but a replacement head with no permanent solution noted. I have had at least 4 replacement heads and each 4-6 weeks before it starts clogging. I am in the process now of looking for a different faucet and brand name. Its a shame as we have 4 other Kohler faucets throughout our house. Never again.

Love this

Easy to install and looks great. The pulldown nozzle is a great feature and retracts easy.

Sub Par faucet

The spray button on the pull down nozzle malfunctioned after one year. I repair it and it malfunctioned again (no water quality issues involved). Also the soap dispenser design was lacking compared to my new faucet. I am disappointed in Kohlers decision to put this design into production.

Such disappointment-leaks, subpar materials, headache of a faucet

Terrible subpar cheap materials used, questionable engineering/design. cheaply made. Manufactured as of it were to be dispensable. furthest thing from longevity and high quality. Disappointed!

We purchase this faucet because it matched our kitchen renovation which included a Kraus sink, Quartz countertop and tile backsplash. After only a year the flow has been reduced to a dribble (and yes we cleaned the strainer like the instructions describe), and the push-to-spray button sticks and will not return unless you pull it out with two fingers. I have Kohler in all three bathrooms and have never had a problem before, and Lowe's doesn't even sell this anymore so replacements are impossible...

Looks nice, but doesn't last

I purchased this faucet in 2022, installed it late in the year. After about 2 weeks the switch to toggle between spray and solid water flow would not return by itself, you had to pull it manually. After 6 months, multiple leaks inside the faucet (you don't notice until the cabinet floods to the floor) simply due to the internals unscrewing and then the water going up inside the faucet when you turn it on... Disappointing

Very disappointed with this product. Installation was pretty simple, but then I discovered that one of the supply lines was cracked and leaking. I replaced it with another unit, and it was fine for a few months, but then the valve for the sprayer began to stick in the pressed-in position, making it necessary to manually pull it back out to turn off the spray function. Only looks good

By far, the most problematic faucet we’ve ever owned in 23 years of homeownership. The button on the back of the spray head started sticking almost immediately. Nothing fixes this. DO NOT PURCHASE

After six weeks of our kitchen remodel we were looking forward to having the Kaori faucet installed by our plumber yesterday. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. The water stream does not come out evenly on the sides. Instead of water spraying downward, small streams spit out on the sides getting your arms and body wet.
