My husband and I love this toilet! Strange to say but it is true! It’s has ruined us. Whenever we use another toilet, we both comment to each other how uncomfortable and… well, un smart it is! Highly recommend! The seat warmer, the bidet feature, all of it is just fantastic!

We have three new toilets, two by Kohler, including this "smart" version. We have decided to disable the auto-flush and auto-seat features on this one, because they worked all too well in our tiny bathroom. Meaning they were often triggered by mistake even at the least sensitive setting. No matter, we still love the toilet, and the smaller size. Overall the toilet works fine and there are some nice features, but it's flawed and could be improved. I've had to turn off most of the automatic features because they are more trouble that they're worth. The timing is all off. Ideally, when you are done with your business, the toilet would close the lid after say 5 seconds and then flush a couple seconds after that. Had this toilet for over a year and it would be perfect IF the lid didn’t randomly close on our backs! Koehler tried changing the motherboard, seat and then whole toilet. First sit down after replacement, the lid closed on me about 20 seconds into just sitting there.
