Like so many other people who had to have this toilet shipped to my store, I had an issue. Two, actually. The tank and the bowl ship in two separate boxes and I only received one at first, with the bowl arriving a few days later than the tank. And then when my plumber was here to install it we discovered that the screw ring that holds the tank to the bowl arrived broken. Thankfully they had a spare back at their shop. As for the toilet itself it works great and I have no complaints about that...

We ordered 3 kohler highline toilets. Two were working one was defective. The first two worked satisfactorily. The installer didn't have the items to complete the job... no supply lines and no wax rings. He had to leave in the middle of the job and go back to town to get what he needed. He told us that he was out $50 and insisted that we pay him directly, even though we had paid Lowes over $700 for installation. I bought this toliet because of the one before it kept getting clogged up. and it takes time to go to the garage go get the plunger unclog the toliet and put back the plunger. So I wanted something that I didn't have to worry about clogging and this toliet delivered in a big way.

Lowes delivered this product. The tank was completely cracked and broken. We never installed the toilet and did not remove it from the box. We used Lowes delivery service. When I called, I was told that the warehouse would contact me in 24 hours. This did not happen. Two days later I called again and was told it could not be returned. They tried to put me in touch with the manufacturer but this is not a defect. It is delivery damage. Now they passed it off, again to the "local warehouse...
