Hopefully just a fluke
Sensor didn't work and now it's almost 3 months to get a replacement...hopefully the replacement works.

Disappointed
I had a Kohler touch less faucet in my previous kitchen. I loved it! So it was a no-brainer to get one when we moved. Style is different and we added voice activation. The nozzle doesn’t sit in the saddle well and there is a constant drip. We’ve had Kohler approved plumbers out several times and I believe they don’t know what to do at this point. Going from my previous faucet to this one has left me feeling frustrated and very disappointed.

Excellent design with varied and effective spray options. Extendable hose is very flexible and retracts easily and secured magnetically without difficulty.

Graze Touchless Pull-Down Kitchen Sink Faucet
I really like this faucet. The hand motion sensor took a little practice so that it wouldn't turn off when washing a large pot but I figured that out. My only real disappointment is that the measured pour feature does not work with Siri, only the Kohler app. By the time I launch the Kohler app and tell it what to do, I can measure manually. I wish Kohler would do a software update to add Siri compatibility for this feature

Purchased this for newly renovated kitchen. Works just like I have hoped. Yes, it costs a bunch, but I wanted the best and I know Kohler products are quality.

Beautiful but defective!
Installed this faucet and it leaks from inside the faucet. Had to pay for installation, plumber to come out (we thought it was a compression fitting), will have to pay the plumber to take it out and install a temporary faucet, remove the temporary and then install the new one. Not happy about the four trip charges and fees!

Horrible product
I bought this thinking it would work great with home automation. I did get it connected to Apple Home kit, after three tries, then I never have been able to get the KOHLER Konnect app to work. I have tried multiple times every time to have it tell me different errors. To add to that, the faucet disconnects after about 5 minutes and form then on will not reconnect, unless I go through the faucet reset cycle, and then go through the Apple HomeKit add accessory.
