Terrible shipping
The product was good. The shipping was absolutely terrible. It told me in three days and I got it in seven days. That is completely ridiculous.

MUST RETURN - ITEMS DON'T FIT
I need to return these items ad they do not FIT in my toilet. My toilet were made in the mid- 90s and the receptacle is smaller and the new ones don't fit. Too big.

This unit was incorrectly installed. It is cockeyed and the hinge it is flush against the toliet wall. I cannot replace the flapper. Help!
