I've ordered this item twice, shipped to my house- arrived shattered, didn't even open the box, it sounded like a rattle. Decided to order again and have it sent to the store figuring that would have better chances, nope still broken.

Hinges are not slow close

These hinges are the opposite of slow close. They practically pull the door out of your hand to snap the cabinet shut. Very loud. This product would be much better if they were actually slow close hinges as advertised.

Beyond annoyed with Lowe's. This is the 2nd recessed cabinet i'm needing to return. I ordered a Kohler cabinet and received a random brand that doesn't fit. I also had to assemble it to find out it didn't fit.

Delivered Shattered

I'm so mad! Just had this delivered and it's completely shattered. I didn't even have to open the box, picked it up and you can hear that the glass is in a thousand pieces and moving around inside the box. Nothing on the box labels it as fragile, come on it's a frickin mirror!!

Not soft close

Would Not Recommend

I bought this medicine cabinet because it is advertised as soft close. It is definitely not soft close as I went to close the door and it slammed shut. Very disappointed

Put the side mirror brackets on before you hang it

The smaller door was chipped in the package. Kohler customer service was great, ordered another door to be sent and we were able to continue with installation.
