I love how it opens easily to change toilet paper rolls. Excelent choice.

Have to return them

I bought two of these and was unable to get the screw holding the pivot arm loosened and ended up stripping it. If it's that difficult to use before installation, I'm not going to take the chance that I'll be pleased with either of them. Return desk here I come. Great concept but the bugs haven't been worked out.

sharp product

We love the way it looks and operates; after we installed it in one of the bathrooms we loved it enough to buy two more for the other bathrooms. Really tired of the old "spring-loaded" type. This was fairly easy to install and love how easy it is to load and unload toilet paper. Make sure you use the template and get your measurements right so it operates smoothly. There is some adjustability on the left side when you install it.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! First of all - the design of this product is really not good - it requires the entire assembly to rotate whereas everyone else requires just the horizontal bar to rotate which is much more robust. In addition, the drill template is 1/16" off for the left hand side which was the difference between being able to use this and not being able to use this.
