I have multiple bathrooms. I had to replace 2 toilets within my home. Although I did my research before I actually headed to the store. I had 2 other choices in mind. I discussed my choices with the salesman and etc. But despite all of this including the reviews I took a chance on Kohler. Plus I went with these toilets because the salesman said the store manager had purchased a few and loved them. But I never spoke with the manager of his experiences. Poor manufacturing- leaked immediately

Manufacturer pinched the seal between the flush valve and the tank. Supposedly designed to make it less likely to leak…but instead dumped water all over my floor. Junk. I thought I was spending extra money to get a better product but instead I got to spend all day driving around trying to solve the problem.

Defective Design

Bought this toilet this morning and, after installing it and hooking it up to my home water system, discovered that the built in filler valve is installed too close to the toilet wall, causing the piece of the valve that needs to float up (to seal the valve) to instead get stuck on the tank wall. This makes the toilet inoperable - if you leave it stuck in the "down" position, it never stops filling; if you leave it stuck in the "up" position it never fills at all. one leaks one wont stop running

i bought two of these toilets just over a year ago. one for the master bath and one for the powder room. the master bath toilet would keep running after it filled up if you messed with the handle it would stop after a few months it stopped doing this not sure why but i was happy. today we noticed the second toilet in the powder room was leaking behind the toilet.m i investigated and found what i thought was the problem "the seal between the tank and bowl" NOPE! after buying a new seal and instal...

Leaking out of the box

Bought 3 of these toilets and 1 of them leaked immediately after installation. The leak is somewhere under the tank, but Kohler would not send a new tank. They wanted to give me a voucher to take the toilet back to where I bought it and get a new one. I am 3 hours from the closest Lowes. Also, this toilet was much more complicated to instal/put together than some of the other brands I have bought. It was hidden under the flush tube and should've never been sent out in a box for sale. Manufacturer had to have noticed the large split when assembling. The worst part is it wasn't found til after it was installed in a second floor condo and leaked upon first filling. Yep, it leaked to the first floor too. I'm delta for life now.

Great Toilet, almost!

This is a great toilet once you get it working properly. If you are going to buy this toilet, go to the toilet repair isle and get a good shutoff assembly for in the tank. The one that comes with it is junk at best. Does not shut off the water at all and most times will not refill the tank. Save yourself some time and heartache and replace it before you even put the tank on. That is my only complaint.

Easy to install and looks great. Comfortable and functional. Powerful flush that cleans entire bowl.

Bad buy.

Not Lowes’s fault but this toilet is terrible. Not enough water in the bowl and you have to clean the bowl after every use.

Sticking Masterflow Float

Purchase and installed today. Float for regulating water flow consistently sticking in the up and down position. Must give the float a nudge for to fall when flushed and again when water reservoir is full.
