Doesn’t stay in place

When you put a towel on this towel bar it says a little. The installer told me that the mounting can be tightened but that the post can’t be tightened. So when there is pressure on the towel bar, the post slips a bit. Almost every Kohler product we purchased for our bathroom remodel has some issue. What happened to Kohler? I thought it was a quality brand.

Our new-to-us house had these towel bars, but not enough of them. Kohler website was easy to use and order, bars are excellent quality, instructions and screws etc for installation were included and easy to follow

Beautiful, high quality

We did a full bathroom remodel and I spent way too much time researching towel bars. I don't like not being able to see the color and quality in person. I'm glad after all the research I landed on the gold Kohler towel bar. It is substantial quality and the gold is a perfect fit for our bathroom.
