Beautiful Faucet - Poor connections
We ordered four of these faucets, and they were all defective. The o-rings broke on all four and the snap-fit connections were not well made. It is a shame, because the actual faucets were beautiful. I would suggest that Kohler revise the fittings.

Missing part; surface attracts water staining

Great look and quality
This was a replacement for one that had rusted due to a leak within the basin top. The bathroom has 2 sink vanities so I needed to match what was already there.

Great Faucet, mediocre instructions
I would recommend buying this fixture. It is very high quality and feels solid. The hot & cold valves operate with a 90 degree turn with positive close & open positions. No more cranking the valve tight to shut off. Also, their new design for the retainer nuts that secure the valves and faucet underneath the counter are fantastic and eliminate the requirement for a “Plumbers Wrench.” It is now installed hand-tight, and you tighten it with a Philips head screwdriver.
