What Customers Are Saying

The faucet is praised for its modern, sleek design and high-quality construction. Reviewers highlight its functional features, such as the pull-out sprayer, spray boost option, and smooth handle operation. It is described as durable, with a solid and well-made feel. Customers appreciate the low-profile design that fits well in small kitchens. The matte black finish is also a popular choice that blends nicely with various kitchen styles. Some minor issues are noted, such as the sprayer being made of lighter-weight material than expected and the pull-out mechanism feeling slightly awkward to use at first. Overall, the faucet receives overwhelmingly positive reviews, with customers describing it as an excellent, high-quality product that delivers both style and functionality.

Great Faucet at a reasonable price point

The faucet is attractive and matches the other polished brass sink accouterments nicelyl The faucet works well and has the features desired.

It is tough to keep the vibrant stainless spot free. It looks tingly and dirty all the time, even after trying to wipe it clean. The function of the faucet and sprayer are mediocre, nothing great. I was hoping the "burst" spray would be me powerful than it is.

Simple Yet Effective

I was looking for a low profile faucet that would still pull out of the housing and spray, this faucet does the trick. I don’t need or want a fancy faucet, this faucet looks expensive and still gives me the simplicity that I need. Plus, it’s low enough not to obstruct the view of my backyard.

very nice pull out faucet

Installation was made easier with the collar 2 screw engineering change thank you! Function and looks are very nice. Still haven't figured out the second set of buttons. The spray function is powerful and the on off is very easy to adjust flow. You made a winner.

Crue Pull-out faucet is a perfect choice!

Love this low-profile faucet! We like it because it is different from the high arc faucets on the market that are distracting. It looks perfect in our kitchen and love its design and elements. It was a perfect choice for us!

Stainless Steel Crue Pull-out Kitchen Sink Faucet

Pretty, works well, and easy to install. Stainless Steel color blends well with my other appliances.

Won't Swivel

I love how this faucet looks and functions, except for the lack of swiveling. It gets stuck! We called a plumber to check it, he can't see why it sticks. Tried to live with it, but it's got to go. I'm upset, because it was not cheap and I never expected this from a Kohler product. On the hunt for something else.

Broke in 5 months

Would Not Recommend

There’s a boost button for the spray and 5 months in, that button stays pressed in. It’s almost too powerful and splashes everywhere. $400 and it’s broken in 5 months. Bad quality.

Excellent faucet

Really like the pull out vs. pull down feature, with spray and surge buttons. High quality with lifetime warranty.
