Hole in tank
Customer rejected this tank because it has an hole in the back of the tank a couple inches down from the top. I spent a couple hours on the phone with the plumber, retailer, and customer trying to find a solution. It delayed payment for the project and was just annoying to deal with.

Lousy instructions, no online video install.
This is my second try with this product, now using the auto clean feature. First one did not work and left a hard water ring in the bowl. The instructions to mount the tank are awful.
