SHIPPED TO ME AN OPEN BOX RETURNED FAUCET

Ordered a Brand New Kohler faucet from Lowes online. Ferguson Distribution Center shipped it out for Lowes. Arrived last night via UPS inside a regular shipping box. After opening the shipping box this is what I found: 1-Kohler box was unsealed (see pic 1). 2-Hand written on the side "Please return Bad faucet" (see pic 2) 3-When I opened the box this is what was inside (see pic 3).
