Completely unsolid
This hand towel arm moves up and down once installed, and then becomes loose to where it won’t stay straight anymore. Really poor design.

Will not stay tight
Sad to say, this is a poorly designed product. I liked its shape, but the shape, unlike most towel bars, results in its inability to stay tight. A lot of weight and hands-on for one little set screw. Maybe if the screw were a little longer? At its greatest length, the rack is loose.

Beautiful style BUT…..
I have had two Composed towel bars for about three years now. The style is really sleek and beautiful BUT they absolutely will not stay level. The set screw is as tight as it can go and the bar will still move. We are not rough on them and they are in a vacation home that is not used regularly. I am giving up on them and recommend that others do not purchase this item. Go fo rthe regular towel bar instead Very disappointing.

You might think...
You might think that after the review stating that the arm would not stay straight that this problem would be addressed. Sadly, several years later, it has not. The arm will NOT stay properly aligned no mater how hard the internal screw is tightened. Kohler, you can, and should, do better.
