Well packed in the box. No cracks or issues.
It came well packed and without cracks. I bought this tank from the competition 3 times, and 3 times I had to return it because it was broken. At Lowe’s it only took one time to buy it.

Whooshing sound when flushing
Not a quiet toilet. When you flush, it makes this whoosh sound that can be heard two rooms away. Not sure which Kohler part is really responsible for the noise (tank, flush mechanism, bottom) so maybe the tank is ok.
