No template.
The product information says a template is REQUIRED. It also says it's not included. You have to call Kohler and ask them to mail you a template. I don't want to wait for the US Mail, so I'm returning this and getting a Toto sink for more money. They include the template...I got one along with the sink for another bathroom.
