Do not purchase this item, it is warped and we are tearing out brand new tile because of the poor quality. Water pools in in and it does not drain because it is warped on opposite ends of it.

This cast iron shower pan weighs 250 pounds. It comes in a skid-like wooden frame sandwich where the halves are band strapped together with two polyester bands. For warehouse storage, and fork lift transport, the wood frame is adequate. But for the DIY guy, fork lift transport is not one of the bring-it-home and put-it-in-the-second-floor-bathroom choices! With the wood frame, it's too wide to flat carry through any single doorway. Three smart XXXL size guys could probably tip it vertical ...
