Love Kohler but almost no slope to drain in this shower pan, do not recommend

Very well built and has a very low threshold. The problem is the pitch to the drain is almost non-existent, we thought it was poorly installed or was a "bad" pan so bought another one and had it installed, same issue, does not drain to center drain. Looking outside of Kohler now for a pan.
