We buy Kohler whenever we can. It's a reliable company and will happily assist you whenever you have a question or problem. I also want to mention the employee that assisted my husband and I in our choosing this showerhead as well as assisting us with several other questions we had. Low pressure
Styling is nice. Easy install. This head really reduces water pressure. You have to turn the adjuster to get enough pressure to rinse soap/shampoo
