As others have said stem broke--less than a year of use!

Like others the holder pieced snapped off when we were just putting the hand shower into it normally. We have used it for about 9 months,. Hoping we will get a replacement, but it seems like a common issue with this piece. I just ordered this one for a different bath (not installed yet) and am seriously considering returning it.

Stem of the holder will fail!

There is a fundamental flaw in the production of this shower holder. The stem for the holder has again broken without any major force being used. This is now the third time this has happened over the past 7 or 8 years since we installed this Artifacts holder in our bathroom - and (silly me) I have had this replaced the previous couple of times. This time I thought I would make it known for anyone else that may consider this item to think again. I do not recommend this particular item, and I ...

Looks nice but not solidly built.

Seeing similar issues from other reviewers. The stem connecting the cradle to the main body of the piece broke off without any unusual force being applied to it.

Didn't last

Would Not Recommend

Worked effectively for 3 years, then the very thin, plastic holder broke off.

Leaking Shower Holder

Would Not Recommend

Brand new out of the box and it leaks right at the joint that pivots. We are now on our 3rd one being ordered. This is absolutely insane. Just a bad design. Water should never reach the area that pivots.

Leaked

Would Not Recommend

Like the other reviews said we also had a problem with this holder leaking. Kohler sent us a replacement right away and so far it's working fine. Fingers crossed! 5 Stars for great customer service but I honestly can't recommend the product due to it's reoccurring problem.

Attachment to handheld broke after three years

Would Not Recommend

We purchased this product as part of a new build three years ago. It was working great until very recently my wife went to lift the handheld sprayer out of it's cradle and it literally fell apart. Seems like the pivot that connects the cradle to the wall mount corroded. This occurred after 3 years of normal use. This is not the type of quality I'd expect from a Kohler product.
