Great features poor quality.

The concept behind this is absolutely wonderful, however, it did not last. The water control knob constantly just falls off and yes, it’s installed correctly by a contractor. Now the paint is chipped off on it everywhere. This was installed September 2024 so we got a year’s use out of it before it looked horrible. Considering the price I would really prefer to get more than a year out of a product.

Nice but .....

I like the simple look and function of the knobs. However, the face plate of the hand held shower head (Wand) came scratched and dented. Kohler agreed to replace it but it has been more than the 2 weeks they said of when it would be available to ship me a new plate. Hope it comes soon!

Choose anything else

This has to be the worst product I’ve ever dealed with. Installing it terrible. Constantly leaks at this point Kohler should be reimbursing me for the bathroom remodel. Long story short the water is shut off the the house because this product is just spewing water all over the place

Save your money, skip this junk

This product is complete junk, do not buy it. I installed this thing and it worked for a solid two weeks before it stopped being able to switch to cold water.

Worst product ever! Do not buy!

We installed the Anthem three outlet thermostatic valve control panel with recessed push buttons in July 2022 when we were forced to renovate our master bath due to a water leak in the shower pan. We have had nothing but issues with this control panel. First the plumbers had issues with the install. We had to have a Kohler certified plumber come out to get it to work when first installed. It took 7 visits from the Kohler certified plumber between July 2022 to October 2022 to get it to work. W...

Takes a while to get it going

I have had this since July 2023 in my new construction. Definitely you need someone with EXPERIENCE to install them, and then you will have some issues... JUST look as some YouTube videos and try fixing them on your own -it is fairly simply once you get the hang of it. WHY install these with so many problems? Because once you get them going -you won't come back to regular. I have 4, 2 in the master bath -the best part of my day SHOWER!

This was amazing, until it stopped working.

I bought the two outlet one with an overhead and a hand shower. My handyman that renovated the bathroom installed it and my plumber checked it after. For one year (the warranty, ironically), the shower worked beautifully. Then one morning it stopped giving me hot water and makes a strange whirring sound when turned to the hot setting. I've had two people look at it and neither so far could fix it. If I redo this I will need to redo the whole bathroom because of how it was tiled.

Do NOT buy this -- I'm about to have a plumber out for the fifth time

This shower valve LOOKS absolutely great, but the design is deeply flawed. It works fine, until one day it doesn't and suddenly you have no water flow. I'm about to initiate a THIRD warranty repair in two years.

Terrible. Do not buy

DO NOT BUY THIS! Kohler should be ashamed that they continue to sell this product. We haven't be able to get this to work since installed. Unacceptable.
