Cleaning Valve Gasket

After a full bathroom renovation with ALL Kohler products, this was the one that has let us down. The cleaning valve gasket on this p-trap is a problem. Kohler sent us another gasket , as despite them telling you, is almost impossible to find. Our plumber tried fixing this leak, not once, but twice to no avail. We're going to try and return or get a refund and replace with an alternative p-trap without a cleaning valve. We have a pedestal sink, so this is going to be a job. We're so disappointed...
