Can't turn off the accent light?

All those dials and the accent light cannot be set to be set to motion? No clear info on this on the packing at all. It's really bright to be on all night long, especially if you have neighbors anywhere close to you. Poor marketing/packaging

Terrible design

The adjustability of the sensitivity, color, and tone are fine but the fact that the accent light doesn’t turn off and can’t be switched off is ridiculous. The packaging did not make this clear. The accent light is actually very bright especially with snow on the ground, and will stay on for 15 hours a day during the winter if you live in the north. What is the point of a motion sensor light if it doesn’t even turn off when there’s no motion. Should have read these reviews first.

Pretty much as described on the box

So far it seems to work OK, but its behavior was a bit confusing at first. The unit has two adjustable "heads" which can be pointed in certain directions, and also a "sconce" light at the bottom of the unit. The confusing part was that the sconce light turns on when it is dark outside and stays on until morning, regardless of whether motion is detected or not. The motion detector only enables the heads. This was not clear until I looked closely at the "manual" sheet included in the box.

There is no way to respond to the director of sales so I I'm starting as new review.... The issue with the list is when it turns on by the motion sensor, while set to the highest temp/color (day light) setting, the lights continuously flicker. When I change it to the middle temp setting, the light flicker but usually stops until the light turns off and then on by motion again. On the lowest temp setting I have not seen lights flicker. Quality light

Light has many options for dusk to dawn, motion with level and shade of color. Tech support is great as I was confused on how to use motion at night only option. Would purchase more of their products without hesitation.

Lowes needs to correct description

I purchased this item TWICE - ONCE ONLINE AND ONCE FROM LOCAL STORE AND I RETURNED THEM BOTH ! The item I purchased was listed as being able to install under eave or on a wall in the online product description. When both items were received, their box clearly states that they can only be mounted on a wall, which will not work for me because my application is under the eave. Easy to install

Cannot turn off a very bright light

I did not like that the dusk to dawn feature cannot be turned off and the sconce stays on at 4000 lumens. It annoys me, my neighbors and the planet. Light pollution is a terrible thing we do to this earth.

The main light is always on

I should have done a better job researching this AND I should have read other reviews before purchasing this light. I would have liked to be able to turn the primary light off and have the motion detection lights operate independently. Other than that, the light works well.
